48hr.dev is a service operated by DRD Global Enterprises Pty Ltd, based in Perth, Western Australia. When this policy refers to "we", "us", or "our", it means 48hr.dev.
We collect only what's needed to deliver your project:
Your name, email address, and phone number (from the project brief form). Your project details and requirements (from the project brief form). Payment information is processed by Stripe and we never see or store your card details.
We use your information to deliver your project, communicate with you about your build, send you project updates and files, and process payments through Stripe.
We use the following services to operate: Stripe for payment processing, Google Forms for project intake, Calendly for scheduling, Netlify for website hosting, and Zoom for video calls. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Your project details are confidential and will not be shared publicly without your permission.
We may request permission to use screenshots of your completed project in our portfolio. This is always opt-in and never done without your explicit consent.
We retain your project information for as long as needed to deliver and support your project. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@48hr.dev.
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. Third-party services (Stripe, Calendly) may use their own cookies when you interact with their platforms.

48hr.dev provides web development services on a flat-fee, fixed-timeline basis. By purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the scope described on the website. Launchpad ($297) covers a single landing page delivered in 24 hours. Build ($997) covers a full website, web app, or MVP delivered in 48 hours. Full Send ($1,997) covers a complete idea-to-launch package delivered in 48 to 72 hours.
Payment is made upfront via Stripe before work begins. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. The build clock starts when you submit your project brief, not when payment is received.
After payment, you will be redirected to a project brief form. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your project requirements. If critical information is missing, we will reach out for clarification, which may affect delivery timelines.
Delivery timelines (24, 48, or 48 to 72 hours) are targets based on standard project complexity. If your project requires additional time due to scope or complexity, we will communicate this to you promptly.
Every package includes one round of revisions. You will receive a staging link to review your build before it goes live. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of the staging link being shared. Revisions cover adjustments to the delivered build, not changes to the original scope or requirements.
If you are not satisfied with your build after reviewing it on the staging link and after one round of revisions, you are entitled to a full refund before final delivery. Source code and deployment are only transferred to you once you have approved the build. Once final delivery has been accepted and assets transferred, refunds are no longer available.
Upon final delivery and approval, you receive full ownership of the source code. The code is pushed to your GitHub repository. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it as you see fit. We retain no rights to your project code after delivery.
48hr.dev does not provide ongoing maintenance, hosting management, or retainer services as part of the standard packages. These can be discussed separately after delivery if needed. We do not build native mobile applications for the App Store or Google Play. We build web applications that work on all devices including mobile browsers.
48hr.dev provides web development services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the products we deliver. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific package purchased.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
